This unique piece has an interesting shape. It consists of creme cowrie sea shells, which symbolize wealth and fertility. Cowrie shells are especially important in much of ancient Africa. In Africa and in the Americas, the cowrie symbolizes destiny and prosperity. Also, it is thought of as the mouth of Orisha; believed to have taught stories of humility and respect. The wound globe beads throughout this piece are handmade individually through the “Lost Wax process” technique. The beads measure approximately 13-14mm in diameter. The small gold and maroon beads are also handmade, waxed, and are superior in quality. The extensive detail throughout this piece is what makes it very valuable.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 🤩 However please note that it has some weight. It’s not overbearing, but with my small neck I had to ensure I tightened up at the clasp. Other than that you will enjoy ☺️ and feel majestic.
Soooo beautiful!!!! Wonderful workmanship! Have a special occasion to wear it to. Can’t wait to purchase another of your pieces!!!
