This mask is gorgeous, I’m in love w/it!
I love love love the look of this mask and I love it on. That said, I had not noticed before purchasing that this mask did not have a metal nose bridge to be able to adjust—it did not work well without it–so, I had to order one and now that it is good. On top of that, I did not realize that the cord was not elastic—so, while it goes around my head (yay), there is no flexibility to it. I did not like that, so then I had to order a flexible cording and figure out how to get it attached to the mask. That is now accomplished and I plan to wear my new mask tomorrow for the first time. So, while I love the look of all the masks and it was hard to choose, I had to spend too much extra money and time to make the mask wearable for me—I would want to be better warned ahead so as not to purchase or to purchase knowing the issues. At any rate, I now, love my mask.
Lovely color
I have three masks by Cloth and Cord. They are my absolute favorite! They are beautifully constructed and fit like a dream!
The fabric is lovely and the subtle shiny in the gold is wonderful.
Absolutely gorgeous! Since we have to wear a mask it might as well be one as awesome as this. The fabric is high quality.
I have a small head, so the continuous cord works really well for me. The mask is beautiful and comfortable and I love it! It stays in place well and doesn’t slide down on me so my nose is always covered. I can tuck the bottom strings/tie up under the top string and it allows more range of motion than when the bottom string is tied at the back of my neck.
When I held the mask up to the light, I could see through it, so it’s not super protective by itself.
However, it’s easy to put a filter in the mask opening (even a paper towel, but we have HEPA filter vacuum bags we’re cutting up)
Even with a HEPA style filter and my asthma, I have no problems breathing.
I do like that I can use it as a lightweight mask when I don’t need intense filtering.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this mask. Fantastic in looks, quality, versatility and price!
